2. Developing the skills to become an effective leader including the ability to communicate the vision and mission of the organisation into everyday life


3. How to use their skills to develop strategic plans and then enable teams to deliver the key objectives through effective delegation


4. How to review progress and use appropriate behaviours to give feedback and mentor individuals and teams to drive up results continuously 


5. How and when to communicate in ways that enrol and inspire stakeholders
