Our client base has included projects as follows:

Call centre company
Working with the Managing Director of a fast growing international call centre company to assist the Managing Director develop competencies and leadership skills to aid business growth and development.  The project involved the use of a series of Profiles International behavioural analysis tools supported by practical exercises to help the client understand their behaviour and its impact.  
The outcome was the significant change in behaviour and clarity around the styles of behaviour that generated best results. This was evidenced by team feedback and improved confidence reported by client.

Global microelectronics supply company

The project involved delivery of team development work to help the team achieve improved coherence and integration following a major acquisition and HQ relocation.  The second phase of the project was the use of Life Orientations® behaviour analysis tools on a one-2-one basis with a number of key members of the senior management team to help them understand how to achieve improved working relationships and improved personal performance.  The outcome was the delivery of measurable changes in performance with resulting improved business effectiveness and results.

Public sector consultancy

The company is retained by a major Scottish local authority to carry out business appraisals and analysis to aid local companies grow, develop and in some cases just survive in the tough economic trading conditions of the current decade.  Projects involve consultancy to support the businesses and provide expert help in developing strategy and processes to allow the businesses to develop.  
The results have been improved clarity in business operation for client companies and have included cases featuring in ‘best practice’ outcomes.

Design company turnaround

The recession took this successful company to the very brink of failure.  The agreed assignment was to help the business refocus on its current and potential markets while at the same time help the company validate their strategy including refinancing.  The outcome was the saving of the business and its jobs.  In fact the company has been able to exceed its projections and establish its future growth opportunity.

Charity sector

The company has provided input to a number of major charities including team development using behavioural analysis tools, recruitment guidance and strategic direction support for fundraising teams.
Business support organisation
Duncan Tannahill’s unique understanding of this sector has allowed him to support the development of senior staff in this sector.  The project has again used the process of behavioural analysis to help senior staff improve the understanding of their impact and how to maximise this performance through appropriate use of competencies and styles.

Global drugs company

The project brief was to work with their route to market stakeholders and provide a selected number of them with consultancy support to build improved market focus for their mutual benefit.  The approach included a range of workshops to facilitate debate on the key market opportunities and then to create strategic plans to deliver agreed goals.  The principles in each stakeholder business also underwent behavioural analysis and development to shift their comfort zones and stretch their potentials.
The project measured overall satisfaction of the participants to the approach and tools used which resulted in a satisfaction score in excess of 98% being achieved for the company. 
Confectionery manufacturer’s sales conference

This simple project involved chairing and facilitating a two day UK sales conference for a confectionary manufacturer with the brief of helping their team of approx. 50 sales people gain new methods to attract new customers in what is a very competitive market place.  The outcome was feedback from the Managing Director that they had indeed identified new ideas and ones which he had not experienced in 40 years in the industry.  Classic brainstorming applied to pull off new ideas and methods.
